Lesson Policies
Lesson payment is to be paid weekly or monthly via square. if the monthly payment option is preferred, an invoice will be sent to the client’s preferred email at the beginning of each month for the number of lessons in the month. This is due upon receipt. If the weekly payment option is preferred, a card must be saved on file via square, the card will be charged weekly after each scheduled lesson.
To begin with weekly payments, an initial invoice will be sent to the client’s email, at which point, there will be an option to save a card on file. the studio does not have access to any personal information. again, this is required to be eligible for the weekly payment option.
there is a night before cancellation policy. lessons not cancelled in a timeous manner remain billable, with the exception of emergency circumstances.
if a lesson must be cancelled by the student and adequate notice is provided, the lesson will either be rescheduled or credited to the following month(monthly payers)/not charged (weekly payers).
If Jacquelynn must cancel a lesson, the lesson is credited to the following month (monthly payers) or not charged (weekly payers).
if a student fails to provide notice and does not show up for a lesson, the lesson is still billable.
If a student is late to their lesson, they will receive the remainder of their scheduled lesson time. the lesson will not be extended to accommodate tardiness. The lesson is still billable for the full cost of the scheduled lesson.
